"The experience my husband and I had was amazing. Since we got there the staff was nice and very helpful. The view omg just couldn't get enough it was definitely a dream. We went to Cello and Las Rocas Grill and Bar and the food was excellent. But of course we all don't have the same taste buds. It was worth it we would definitely go back one day."

"I called to tell them that I was going to have a late check-in several times without any help because nobody at the reception desk picked up the phone. asked for towels twice, never received them."
