"Clean, quiet room; great restaurant on site; close to the harbor; walkable to many historical sites and tourist attractions. Just one and a half blocks to the harbor tours and to pick up the hop on,hop off trolleys. We would stay there again!!"

"Check in was great. I'm tall, so I struggle with looking down at name tags. It feels awkward, especially if someone presents as female, I am a male. My check in attendant was helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I appreciate them, but I didn't catch their name. Maybe at check there could be a nameplate? Or perhaps it's just me. Thanks!"

"Very attentive staff and great amenities. The front desk was very kind and helpful with my husband in his wheelchair, and for us bottled water for the room. The concierge got us another room robe within minutes of requesting it. We both enjoyed the hot tub, it is nice and hot! My husband loved the pillows and bedding so much I had to check his suitcase for a pillow before we left. Very clean and extra comfy! And the food options in house are great. This was our first time staying here and we'll be back! "
