"The hotel’s only real advantage is its location. Unfortunately, the property feels extremely dated and in need of major upgrades. The hallways had dark, musty carpets, and the rooms showed noticeable wear, including scratched floors and worn doors. Service was also disappointing. We called reception requesting cutlery and plates for our Uber Eats order, were told they would send them up, but nothing ever arrived. Overall, the staff were unhelpful and the stay did not meet expectations."
