Nice people, good location, cosy hotel, nice rooms, nearby train station, bus and metro. We loved eveything! We can highly recommend this hotel.

Booked this hotel without knowing much about Lisbon. It turns out the location is great, being right off the main historic/tourist area of the city. All the main sites (castello, waterfront) are within 15 mins walking. Reception and breakfast room staff are very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast had a wide variety or breads, fruits, and cook-to-order hot food. There were 3 of us, and we got the family room on the top floor. It had great views, not too noisy and had all the amenities you would need. The sloping ceiling had restricted headroom, but was nevertheless part of the charm.

Great location, friendly staff. A bit pricy, but worth it if you prefer to be very well situated in the Baixa area, as you can walk to almost all the attractions and tourost spots.

The front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was outdated and there was nowhere to put any clothes except 3 hangers on a hook. I booked a 4 night stay. Unfortunately I had to check out early after my second night due to a family emergency back home. I asked the receptionist if it was possible to get any reimbursement for the remaining 2 nights. She said she couldn’t do it on her end but gave me an email and told me they should be able to help me. Here it is almost two weeks later and I am still waiting for a response.

Great location for short stays in Lisbon. Near Rossini square. Room was small but comfortable. Bathroom recently renovated. Room had carpeted flooring - not the best. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast option available. Coffee pods and water bottle available in the room- nice touch. Staff was courteous, knowledgeable, accessible and friendly. I would recommend for short stays.

Nice hotel in a strategic position
I've spent 3 nights here with some friends, and I have had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and cozy, and we have received a room upgrade upon our arrival, which was a nice surprise! Breakfast was super fresh and rich in variety; the staff was always helpful, nice and available to support any need we had. Really suggested!

The receptionist who checked us in (Catarina) was super nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Many good restaurants in the immediate area. The only negative comment I have is parking was a bear to find and quite expensive.

I stayed at this Hotel for a week. Rates are reasonable for the location, It's close to many attractions. The front desk staff were amazing, very helpful and professional. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is delicious with different options. As a solo female traveler I felt safe in the surrounding areas.

Our first two nights in Portugal
The room was a little small, we are used to hotels in the US, but quite nice. Breakfast that came with the room was excellent. We would stay again!

Very charming hotel in the central area of Lisbon. It has a lot of character and designers have commited to the theme in all areas of the rooms etc. Rooms are small, as are beds, but cozy. My only complaint about the room would be that they desparately need to replace the towels! Very small and completely worn out! The hotel doesn't have it's own parking, and we drove, so we had to park a little far. But staff was very helpful in recommending where to park and the knew the area well.

Room and elevator are small but fine. Staff is wonderful! Cudos to Carina! Only annoyance was a street singer we could hear from our room who couldn't hit a note with a tennis racket and went on way too long and way too late. But that wasn't the hotel's fault. I recommend.

Great for a quick stay in a central location
Great location. Not a full service hotel (which I did not realize when booking). No lobby, tiny elevator. Room quite small, but reasonably well-appointed. Coffee maker did not work. Very, very nice front desk staff. Nice breakfast room, outdoor seating available.

Only positive thing was the two that checked me in
For the price this hotel costs, you’d expect it to be a better experience. I’m used to tight rooms when I travel… but these rooms are one on top of another. I could hear everything in every other room. Doors slamming, sex, showering. The floors were not well kept and overall was just an unpleasant experience. The only saving grace was that there were two amazing workers that checked me in. They were very sweet and gave me recommendations.
