"Stay was ok, staff very helpful, breakfast, all the food in warmers is nearly cold and the quality of food in general is poor, choice is not great, we changed rooms after 3 nights as the first room was damp and could be a danger to some peoples health, this was on Hillside, also very noisy over there, we had problems late at night, and with only 1 staff on overnight things don't get looked at til next day, pool area great near beach, just on Hillside, all in all stay was ok, its a resort so...

"A great hotel with eager staff. We had a family room which was excellent value for money and we organised a brilliant snorkelling excursion through reception. The pool is a real highlight - 40 metres long, warm and not too shallow. Whilst we couldn’t access the beach directly from the hotel it was a short walk to Kai Bae beach which is beautiful. "resort is beautiful, slightly out of the way. Secluded just past lonely beach. Walkway access to a mostly rock and mud beach leading to a small spit of white sand at low tide. Gorgeous pool for those less intrepid. Breakfast is made to order, lunch ～ dinner restaurant until 9:30pm. Decent little enclave just above hotel. Motorbike for the daring as dark and hilly roads to the main tourist areas or a TH150 PP ride each way. Very enjoyable R/R over Song Klang. "

Clearly this property is still recovering from the COVID shut downs, does need better care of hedges, etc. which make the public areas behind the lobby look unkept. "Pen was phenomenal. English-speaking and very helpful getting taxis and answering questions. Pen made our stay wonderful. This is a beautiful resort in the middle of nowhere, which was just the getaway we were looking for. We did get a taxi to White Sand Beach one day and I was glad we didn’t stay there because it was too touristy. At night at Parama, all you can hear are birds and frogs. Paradise. "
