"Everything about our stay was excellent! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel room was artfully decorated, and bed very comfortable. The little extra touches were noticed and appreciated. Will definitely come back to stay and recommend to friends and family. Obrigada 💕"

"Very nice stay, the room was spacious and clean, close to multiple attractions."

"Excellent location and the staff were very accommodating & responsive. Beautiful way to stay in Lisbon."

"Hotel front desk agents were all so attentive and so helpful. Whatever they don’t know they still try to help look it up. Location was perfect for first visit to Lisbon. Hotel so clean and spacious. Pay little more and stay here."

"Absolutely beautiful rooms, very friendly and professional staff."

"Marvelous property. My room had a terrific view."

"Excellent location and absolutely stunning apartment. Very clean and boutique like. The only thing is no elevator, it was difficult for us because we had many big suitcases. But if you’re travelling light and want a comfortable stay in the city center this is an incredible property."

"We had a great experience staying at Convent Square. Would love to stay here again. The staff was very helpful and hotel was very clean. Another plus point is delicious breakfast."

"Beautiful little hotel, very friendly staff"

"Lovely stay in a great location. The daily bread delivery went perfect with the eggs we made. Wonderful fruits stocked daily in our lil kitchen. It had everything we needed. Like staying in an apt but reception downstairs for whatever we needed. The only downside is you have to close your windows at night or the noise will keep you up. My hubby likes to have the windows open but the trash pickup is in the middle of the night. Would still recommend and stay again."

"If your future plans include Portugal 🇵🇹, I highly recommend you stay at the Hotel da Baixa. The hotel is located in the city center, it’s easy to maneuver around, upon checking in, there is a two hour walking tour offered to all travelers at no cost. Eleanor was amazing during the tour around the neighborhood. Baixa is flat versus the hills you encounter in the older neighborhoods. All of my additional accommodations were reserved through the hotel which included two private tours to Fatima...

"We had a wonderful stay at our apartment and I would highly recommend anyone to stay here as well. The place was clean, comfortable, and looked exactly like the pictures. Everyone was so kind and helpful at the office location close by. They helped us store our luggage when we arrived early and also again when we checked out. They made sure our check-in went smoothly through email and when we arrived in person. They also included nice welcome gifts including a bottle of wine! The location was...

"Very peaceful, friendly staff, nicely appointed rooms, good breakfast with very attentive staff and the woman at the front desk, Uni, was one of the most kind and helpful as was the morning server of coffee...I feel badly I have forgotten his name! The location was very nice, walkable, Bolt rides were inexpensive to/from the airport and there was very close and easy access to busing and trains. I was especially impressed with the room window closures and the ability to nearly completely darken...

"Super clean. Very friendly staff -ask them anything they will help you. Don’t buy water- you can ask for extra bottles of natural water and they will bring to the room. There will is robes and slippers in the room. There’s a small safe and a mini fridge/bar. Rooms are cleaned daily. Breakfast is excellent - it is worth including in your ticket- better than outside breakfast ( local pastries, honeycomb honey, fresh jams, fruit, bread and pastries - very good. Hotel is truly in the middle of...

"Location is ideal. Close to tourist sites, restaurants, shops, transportation, but is on a quiet corner."

"We loved the location! This hotel was located extremely close to the action, with minimum hills in the immediate vicinity, which was really helpful for people with mobility issues."

"Amazing hotel with large rooms. Staff were very helpful and nice answering any questions you may have"
