"Very nice staff - very helpful with everything. Common area kitchen allows you to make lattes and cappuccinos for free, which is very nice!! Room is nicely appointed, hotel is in a great location. Not for the disabled, as you have to climb several (15) steps to get into and out of the hotel. Other than that, a great place to stay!"

"I stayed at the Hotel Kaplan for a three week study program which was a 15 minute walk away. The rooms are clean, comfortable and provide you with the essentials, nothing more. Waited for a long time to check in at 2pm and also waited for close to 5 mins when checking out at 6.30am.
Need more staff. Unacceptable for the quality of the hotel. "
