"I chose the Signia by Hilton for its central location and reputation, but unfortunately, my stay was a bit disappointing. Upon checking in to room 420, I was shocked to find that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. The bathroom light was on, as if it had just been used. Whoever used it, didn't flush and the toilet seat had urine on it. When I brought this to the front desk's attention, they apologized and offered to send housekeeping. Since we noticed after already getting settled in already, I ended up having to sanitize the area myself. Beyond the cleanliness issues, the room was incredibly noisy. Whether it was the thin walls allowing sound bleed from the pool area or the street noise it was very difficult to get a restful night's sleep. The valet and front desk staff were friendly. "

"Stayed one night. This is a great location closed to many things like restaurants and the sports facility all within a short walking or drive distance. The hotel has a clean and modern feel to it. The breakfast is good. The pool is indoors. Will definitely stay there again."

"Did not appreciate body wash in shower. Hate the smell of Lavender. Also I asked for a 03:00 wake up call for March 26th. Did not happen. I woke myself up d/t a bad dream or I would have missed my early morning flight. "

"Breakfast was excellent, room was spacious. We were able to check in early for an additional fee. Some features in the room (shower fixture) was worn and you could hear plumbing from other rooms (when they were showering or flushing), but overall it was a great stay for the price. The location was exactly where we needed."

"Convenient location near SJSU. Parking was expensive and the restaurant was not open for breakfast the day we were there. There was a very good restaurant close by. The room was large and very clean."
