It was easily accessible to the freeway, close but we could not hear any traffic going by. The staff was friendly and it was an easy stay. The air-conditioning was loud in the room but kept it at a good temperature. Good variety of choices for breakfast and well stocked.

The staff is always very welcoming, friendly, and do their best to accommodate special requests. This hotel typically has high occupancy when I have stayed. That said, the hotel undergoes a lot of wear and tear. The place is clean, comfortable and in a good location. I appreciate access to the hot tea, coffee and juice at night. I wish they has fluffier towels. Other than that, I'm good!

The room was bigger than usual, has the jacuzzi, carpets in the hallway and room are very clean. No odors of cigarettes in the whole facility. Bathroom was very clean and fairly new. The pressure from the shower could be better, the water from the sink could flow faster. Air conditioner was working very well and not loud, the best treat was the control was on the wall. A lot of choices for breakfast but typical quality from hotels that offer them, no gourmet food. I wished the parking was free of charge. ($5 per day, it could add up for longer stay). Happy with my choice of hotel for the first San Jose visit.

We stayed at this property for 2 nights. Our check in was super easy we were able to do an early check in. You must pay for parking that is not included in the price of your stay, the stalls are very narrow. The elevators had a smoke like smell even though it clearly says nonsmoking. As we entered our room it was decent the beds were really big and the room had shutters instead of the curtains. The hotel is located on a busy street off the side of the freeway but car noise was no issue. The beds were extremely comfortable but wish the linens could have been checked prior to use they had so many stains one even looked like it had poop. The bathroom had a weird smell in the night like sewage and bathroom had many spots of rust on ceiling and black spots that could have been signs of mold. It could be because there is no fan in there we had to put a stopper on the door to let it air out. Breakfast is served pretty early and ends at 9 A.M. there is a few options but not filling, just an early snack. Check out was easy since all had been previously paid. For the price and great reviews much more was expected, Guess next time we will book a different spot.

The room was average and the front desk staff was very nice. Unfortunately, the location isn’t the best since it’s right next to a busy freeway intersection. The view from my window was of some makeshift shelters and, so I kept the drapes closed . There was also a $5.00 parking fee that wasn’t mentioned on the website when I booked, which was disappointing.
