"Pros Great modern and well located hotel with a great vibe and perfect for people under the age of 40. Very cool, diverse and fun crowd. Breakfast was simple but well done, rooms were clean and modern. Walkable to a lot of stuff and great metro links to the whole city. Cons AC did not work even after asking them to fix it, they said someone looked at it and maybe it is just a very weak system. So if you are travelling in the summer i would avoid as this was October and we had to sleep with the large windows fully open which came with annoyance of hearing everyone in the courtyard below in the morning. On a Friday and Saturday night, the restaurant turns into a popular nightclub which we enjoyed but the problem is the crowding outside the hotel. There was a huge and unorganised crowd blocking the entrance to the hotel all fighting to push to get in. But even as 6'3 man, I had to bulldoze through the large crowd holding my room key up high so security would notice and try and create a gap for me to get through. i would suggest a railing on the sidewalk, like most clubs have in which a line can be formed and not the nightmare we had."

"Great situation close to metro, restaurants, bars and stores of all kinds. Marais is an area very nice to walk around. Staff was welcoming and helpful. My room was clean, of good size, and quiet. There was no view as my room looked to the back. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Linen was changed daily. Breakfast is available in the room if requested. All devices including the air conditioning worked. There is an elevator. The price is reasonable for Paris and the Marais. Area is secured at all hours. In summary, I recommend as a simple, clean, comfortable , convenient and safe place with great situation and with adequate prices."
