"Friendly and very helpful staff and clean"

"This one of the only properties on Le Cap Ferret with a view of the beach and beach access right across the street. Everything about the hotel made it feel "beachy", while also having a wonderful spa, bar/restaurant and other first-class hotel amenities. We stayed in 2 rooms, The first on the ground floor with our own deck and lounge chairs surrounded by a stand of bamboo – beautiful. The other room had a view of the beach and water – also beautiful. We loved staying here!"

Cependant la propreté des lieux laisse à désirer.(prise casée, murs sales, ampoule cassée, plaintes tombées.. ) les lits sont corrects. Petit déjeuner moyen. ( pas frais) Piscine pas entretenue. Lieu avec potentiel, qualité de service à revoir. "

"Hôtel idéalement situé priche du lac, accès à la plage du lac à moins de 10min a pied. Personnel très sympathique et a l'écoute. Concernant la chambre cetait très bien niveau confort, seul bémol sur l'insonorisation des murs. Nous avons passés un excellent séjour reposant, je recommande !"

"Il s'agit d'un logement AIRBNB avec une boite à clefs alors que je ne séleccionne que les hôtels avec service. Prise du logement à 16 heures et à 18 heures plus personne ne répond au téléphone, car la responsable se met aux abonnés absents. Aucun moyen de savoir se connecter au Wifi. Ce qui ne change rien parce que le Wifi ne fonctionnait pas et la 5G non plus. Emplacement près du port mais aucun commerce de proximité. Décoration très cheap : carrelage bas de gamme, petite douche, petit...

"Maison jolie et coquette. Chambre super sympa. Nelly, son compagnon et leur chien Leon nous ont accueilli chaleureusement. Nous avons pu installer le lit parapluie pour notre fils sans probleme. Pas de bruit la nuit. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés."

"Absolutely adored the quietness of the area, even if the hotel was full, the pool area was quiet. Likes the option to have meals on the patio. The lakes offer many options plus have great beaches that do not get overcrowded. Great staff also at the hotel. Very friendly and caring. "
