Close to all shops and walking distance to beach. Rooms very clean and good size. Clean. Beds Comfortable. Nice balconies. Would definitely stay here again. Parking within walking distance. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay in Arcachon. Our room overlooked the shops and street, the market right in the square near the hotel was great, and it wasn't a far walk from the train station. The staff was helpful and answered all of our questions.

Best location

Certainly a very nice hotel with a very nice staff. The place is starting to look its age, specially the bathrooms. The room was only cleaned once during the week. We’d go back there anyway, the location is perfect, Andy it’s always a pleasure to talk to the staff.

Great Condo-Hotel right in the middle of Arcachon. You can walk from the train station , walk to the beach, groceries right downstairs as well as tons of restaurants. We stayed in a junior suite (teens slept on the sofabed which maybe could have been better) but overall really good. No need to have breakfast as the hotel with plenty of options around (and cheaper).

Great location for beach or town. Rooms a little tired however hotel is in the process of refurbishment. Outside noise during the night several times that woke us. It was local authorities working on refuse, street cleaning etc so no complaints as the cleanliness is to benefit of all in this very nice town.

fun time in a fun town

We had a great time. The room turned out to be a 1 br + 1 living room apartment + a well-equipped kitchenette, with lovely balconies around. Everything was clean and very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was also perfect, just above a square where a local market is held.

Great location & pleasant, helpful staff. Room was a bit disappointing - we needed a walk-in shower facility (rather than a shower over bath) and were helpfully accommodated but the room was dark & drab with little wardrobe provision. Whilst the bathroom was very accessible for those with restricted mobility, access to the balcony was via a very high step with no support rails making it unusable. From our experience, website images are a lot more flattering than reality.

Amazing room overlooking the square/market. Close to the beach and beachfront restaurants. Staff were amazing - very helpful. Parking is available but very difficult to find to correct entryway. Definitely recommend this hotel!
