Décevant au vue des étoiles, n’a pas le standing

Nous avons été déçu pour un 5 étoiles, la vue jardin donne sur des poubelles. Chariots de linge tous les matins qui passent sur des pavés. Un rideau de fenêtre qui ne fermait pas , nous avons demandé deux interventions en 4 jours mais encore la dernière nuit , il ne fonctionnait pas . Fuite d’eau et douche bouchée malgré une demande d’intervention. Parking réservée, on nous demande d’aller se garer ailleurs! Aucune visite des lieux pour nous indiquer les accès aux terrasses jardin, ou à la plage . Et paiement de fin de séjour, on nous facture 2 petit déjeuner en plus et location de vélo en plus …. Bref soi vous êtes coté mer et c’est sans doute mieux soit vous passez votre chemin! Pour finir, un excellent gastro le soir.

Tout est formidable. L’emplacement exceptionnel. La vue magnifique. La chambre avec vue sur mer grandiose, mais encore plus excellent, le personnel au petit soin, gentil, serviable, souriant, mlieux c’est pas possible. Merci pou tout et à très très bientôt. ❤️

L’hôtel est très bien situé avec un accès direct à la plage; Le centre ville est proche 15min à pied Pensez à réserver si vous avez besoin d’une place de parking (25€/ jour un peu élevé tout de même). Sinon essayez de trouver une place gratuite dans les rues parallèles. Coté logement, il y a les chambres dans le bâtiment principal et d’autre logements style appartement équipé d’une kitchenette, ce qui est pratique en famille. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, je recommande! Le rooftop est également très sympa pour boire un verre et avoir une superbe vue sur les alentours (nous n’avons pas tester le dîner) Il y a une petite salle de sport pour les courageux mais vous pouvez tout aussi bien faire un footing sur la plage 😉. L’hôtel dispose aussi d’une petite piscine intérieure et 2 jacuzzi : 1 en intérieur et le 2ème en extérieur, très sympa pour profiter aussi de la vue ! Faites attention il y a des horaires à respecter pour les enfants de moins de 12ans. Nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de tester les prestations du spa. En résumé, l’hôtel, l’accueil et les prestations sont de qualité et au rdv.

Un excellent séjour, nous avons eu en plus le plaisir d’être surclassé. Le personnel est particulièrement aimable et la partie SPA/piscine avec accès direct à la plage présente un réel atout pour cet établissement. Je vous recommande très vivement cet établissement de très haute qualité. Un seul petit bémol, notre chambre donnait juste au dessus du restaurant et un membre du personnel est resté jusqu’à 1h du matin à discuter avec des clients ce qui ne nous a pas permis de dormir en laissant la baie vitrée ouverte. Nous avons signalé ce désagrément le lendemain matin et la réceptionniste s’est excusée auprès de nous. En bref, un établissement de grande qualité que je vous recommande.
