Would be good if requested items such as robe and slippers could have been delivered to the pool area as there was none in the room "

"Such a wonderful getaway! I was not optimistic about finding a nice place in this area of Sydney, but had to stay there due to my daughter’s tournament. However the Mercure was just beautiful. The hotel was lovely, with everything I could possibly ask for. The staff were incredible. Food was excellent. The rooms were clean and modern. "Perfect place for what we needed, 10 minutes to the netball courts, a laundry, clean, lovely helpful staff. The only downside was the bed was a bit uncomfortable but we were only there 3 nights so didn’t really matter too much. "
