"Great welcome - received a complimentary drink at reception for "time of queuing" which was only 2-3 mins, so a welcome gesture. Staff at check-in were friendly and helpful - and later also assisted with a taxi issue. Room was clean and spacious with everything required in good supply/working order (although temp control on shower needs a bit of practice to find suitable level). Did not use bar or restaurant, so unable to comment, but overall, had a very enjoyable and worthwhile experience and would definitely consider using Radisson again."

"We stayed for the recent cricket Test Match; the hotel is @ 30 min walk from the ground & Headingley centre for bars & eating places. Parking & breakfast (was excellent) included in room price. Room clean & tidy, spacious, comfortable beds & large bathroom. Very quiet for a large hotel. A small fridge in the room would be nice. Staff were all very friendly. Highly recommend."

"The only problem we had was 2 of the 3 lifts weren't working, I was on the 11th floor and being 74 could not face the stairs, so spent most of our time waiting for a lift and being rammed in. The breakfasts were lovely had something for everyone."

The Met Hotel Leeds - Newly Refurbished

"Great location and friendly staff We had a one-night stay at The Met Hotel Leeds with two adults and two children. The family room was a great size and the hotel is in a fantastic location for exploring Leeds. The main downside was the sofa bed, which was far too small to comfortably accommodate both a child and a teenager. It would be much more suitable for younger children or one person. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and parking was available at the hotel for an additional cost. We managed to find a space, although the car park is quite tight, particularly if you have a larger SUV. The gym was unavailable during our stay as it was being refurbished, which was a little disappointing. We also booked and paid extra for breakfast, but unfortunately found it fairly average and didn't feel it was worth the additional cost. Overall, despite a few small issues, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at The Met Hotel again."
