"We arrived hoping for a simple rest before an early flight, but the experience was disappointing. The front desk refused early check-in, which set the tone. Our room’s AC didn’t work, and there was no phone in the room, so we had to go down to the lobby to report it—twice—before anything was done. We were finally moved to a different room around midnight. With a 4:00 am airport departure, we barely slept. For the price, basic comforts and responsive service should be a given. Would not stay here...

"The room smells bad, staff not informed anything I was asking about lift, breakfast, etc in breakfast I got a milk shower by a lady was trying to add more milk, nothing was told to me. I need a taxi and I need to ask again nothing was asked to me even if I booked on the day before"

"ALERT! Manager will try to deny this review as he said to us when leaving - THE POOL. Nice view and pool but we had to get our own towels from a bag. We had to clean chairs off of food/cigs & towels after waiting patiently for help. The one pool employee was never proactive. Also BEWARE, the hotel rents out the pool to outside parties so you may be left without anywhere to sit or get service which happened to us on July 21st. THE ROOM, is in high need of renovations. Dirty, bugs, ants...

"The hotel in person was okay compared to the online photographs but that's with any place I guess. The walls are definitely thin, I suggest you bring ear plugs if you stay here. The bedding was clean, however, the room and hotel walls and structure is a bit crusty. There are nasty looking stains on walls that are not cleaned and so many cracks and dirt along the cracks of the room and bathroom. There is no hand soap by the way, there is a "body wash" bottle that they offer as hand soap in the...

"The property has so much to offer. The amenities and the grounds are impeccable. The 2 restaurants are well managed and the food was excellent. Compliments the 2 sommeliers like Maurizio. The highlight of our stay was the spa and pool at the spa. The landscape is beautiful. Overall, my wife and I had a great time at Castelfalfi and we plan to return."

"The experience here was 12/10! We stayed here over the course of a couple of days for a wedding we were attending and this place is a must stay if you're in the area. The staff were wonderful across the board and the hotel itself is situated in a very scenic, peaceful area. Rooms were very clean, the property was well maintained, and the daily breakfast was hands down one of the best I've had. Will definitely stay here again!"
