"Overrated 5-Star Hotel. Always the same food, cancelled activities/shows without letting us know. No proper program provided, and the staff are not aware of what is happening in their hotel. The Fijian staff, however, are always lovely and ready to help."

"the individual units with air conditioning were great and the location is fine if you don't mind being 1-2 hrs from the action. I like it very much but it may not be the best for everyone so do your homework. the restaurant is average and not the type you expect for a resort experience. there are no nearby restaurants so unless you want to taxi $30 away or settle for a burger or mediocre fish dinner there are few alternatives. But to rest in a remote location on a beautiful beach and snorkel a wonderful area this is fine. I suggest shopping for some fine foods to have in your unit for your stay to treat yourself to during your stay."

"Not a stranger to Hideaway, I’ve been going for years. It’s not flash, and only had one restaurant available during our stay, but it’s a special place. It’s the staff that make it, they are pretty much all amazing, and the reason I keep coming back. They say at Hideaway that you arrive as guests and leave as family and it’s true. I’ll be back next year 😊"

"Very friendly small resort . We felt welcomed, seen and waited on. Kayaking, fire dancing and other activities were offered free. Great stay close to Natadola golf course; which was an exceptional experience. We were rained out after 13 holes and they gave us a rain check. We came back and played another 18 with great rental clubs!!"

"My review is for the Pacific Romance villa. Decent sized room but my main priority was having a water outlook. Over the pool to the ocean. All staff are very Fiji friendly and will soon know your name. Dinner orders can be taken at around 4.30pm so just turn up at the appointed time 😀. I thought infinity pools were a gimmick but I so loved it looking at the ocean. Bonus that it's close to a supermarket and other restaurants. Sorry that I missed the reef walk, but I definitely enjoyed the basket weaving. A wonderful alternative to large resorts. "
