"Amazing location and an even better price. I had a single room and it was very small, but it was clean, everything worked and I had an incredible view out my window. The other reviews that mention flies at breakfast aren't wrong, but this is a dairy region. There are flies all over. It isn't a disaster, but if this is going to wreck your trip maybe stay in Interlaken."
"I stayed on a day with lots of snow. It was beautiful. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was also excellent. All the staff were lovely and very friendly."
"This was the most amazing property. The rooms are all very different and we did have an issue on our first night with noise and the room temperature (it was unseasonably hot and there is no AC). We were moved to a new room in the same category that was so amazing. Would stay again, great spot and wonderful spa area!"
"We visited at the end of April when this hotel was still under construction. It was a minor inconvenience as we paid for a “garden view” when the view was a complete construction zone. They did upgrade our room size because of this. That being said, the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. We stayed 2 nights and ate at the restaurant both nights. Their buffet breakfast is also amazing. Seeing that the hotel is no longer under construction, I would definitely stay here...

"Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Check in and checkout were a breeze. The room was cleaned and towels replaced daily. The view from my room (as well as dining area) was stunning! The staff were very friendly and welcoming too. They also have a washer and dryer to use - dryer was a bit confusing but it all worked out! I really hope I’m lucky enough to stay here again one day! "While the room and building was full of character and history, it was also well-equipped with plenty of space and storage for travellers. The common room for guests had snacks, tea, and coffee, as well as a large fridge. The location is great, a few minutes walk to Interlaken West station and very close to a convenience store. There's a bakery just next to the building and the Interlaken Flagship shop is just down the road."
