"Bearskin Lodge was a hit w/our family! The staff (Emily) was super friendly and accommodating about checking us in early, as there was a room available. She made sure we knew about about afternoon lemonade and cookies. The room was spacious and the view of the river was nice. Just the way they advertised. (Not a complaint, but wish - there somewhere to put 2 full size luggage.)"
"Gatlinburg has a lot of older hotels. I needed something newer to avoid mold, clean, quiet, and walking distance to downtown. This was a terrific stay for us - the room was spacious, the beds were super comfortable, & all parts of the room were clean all around with a modern touch. We provided a quick check in and everything was a breeze. Would definitely stay again when visiting the area. "
"Staff was friendly and helpful! Our room was clean and included a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. We had a balcony with an extra locking mechanism for safety and we could see the pool from our room. Even though we did not use the pool during our stay, it looked clean and inviting. "Loved the rooms, and most of the rooms were updated. Really enjoyed the views and the helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent, though could use more seating as the dining section was small. Overall really enjoyed my stay!"
"The staff lacks as they are not really there to work. The hallways definitely could use a cleaning on the carpets. My room was clean as it was a newer updated room. Very safe and near downtown. "
