The staff through the property were all very nice and professional . The room itself was fine But the couch was stained and dirty to a point we didn’t want to sit on it . The bed was fine and the water closet was nice when sharing .

Bedding was dirty,silverware wasn’t clean,we found someone else’s garbage under the bed and the ice machine didn’t work at all.Just overall a motel level experience at a RESORT.Wont be returning.

Valet was spectacular. Tower 3 has very limited concierge. Our suite was unsatisfactory in cleanliness. Carpets furniture doors almost every surface not clean.

The room was ok it was dusty the blinds were dirty with stains . I got a room with the balcony thinking I was able to go out and enjoy it to get there the balcony was locked. Why would I pay extra for a balcony I can’t even enjoy. The bed pillows and towels looked dirty . Called to ask for a change of sheets and clean towels to get told it’s $20 for news towels didn’t even bother to listen how much a change of sheet’s and pillows were mind you I stayed for two days makes no sense you use towels they expect me to reuse them ? Communication was horrible I reached out the first day no reply . They hours to communicate is 8-4 no after hours line for emergency. I get to the hotel to have to pay a $100 resort fee on top of the $200 resort fee I already paid $169 for extra person fee I had 4 people all together so many extra charges for no reason . I got ripped off I had to pay too much money these people out scammers wouldn’t recommend anyone booking a room low quality and charge you a lot of money . I’ll never book a room again you people are scammers . I could on so many problems unresolved never would have wasted my money . They wouldn’t have come change the trashes

So incredibly disappointing. So dirty I have a dozen photos to prove it. Kitchen sink wouldn’t drain. The room felt so disgusting. Majority of the staff was so rude. I’ll never go back and I suggest you don’t either. What a waste of our precious time and money.
