Quick check-in and out if you use the app and kiosk. Hotel room is old, no amenities and fridge. Bed and bedding are ok. Bathroom is clean, towels are fine. Air conditioning is not great.

I liked the way everything connected everything is great except room small and looks old and looks like motel room i like the way they have shampo lotion body wash and hand wash the hotel itself amazing beautiful the design especially the spa and fitness I'm only disappointed way no small ref and coffee maker knowing even the motel gives you ref and coffee maker but a huge hotel casino resort like this not i don't get it i believe even other huge hotel casino in Vegas don't have it i don't know why i wonder but the rest of my stay amazing room clean housekeeping give you the need in the room every day staff are friendly but the line for check in check out and line for storage baggage it's massive huge but i know it's normal in Vegas

Property is showing its age , dirty hallways , supposed to be no smoking but the marijuana smoking in the rooms was so bad it made my clothes smell!

Ive heard some bad reviews but to be honest it was pleasant.. nothing wrong .. just out dated but we had alot of fun and compared to the high prized balagio and wynn we stay at , i didnt feel much worse and my kids loved it .. just upgrade your room

Good place. Food and area are great. Only downside is the tv. It's a minor thing. Didn't have much channels but it's small potatoes. Staff was friendly and helped me get into the room. Also, good area to do uber

It's a nice, but older Hotel, directly at the strip. Many attractions can be reached by walking. As the hotel is a cheaper one, the it's a good place to stay when you have limited budget. I was there 2 times and I would book it again.

The smell of cigarette smoke when you walk in the front doors, and it continues throughout. I honestly thought that smoking was banned. As a non smoker it’s gross.

Check-in was very easy and quick. I was able to store my luggage for free prior to check in, which was nice as I arrived quite early (like waaay before check in at 11). The bottom sheet of the bed had what looked like a pen stain ? (i hope...). Otherwise the room was okay for a night at least.

The valets, all of them, were terrific. Very pleasant to talk to and gave us good info on places to see. However, the room itself could have been better. There was no microwave or refrigerator in the room. There were no grab bars in the bathroom/shower and I was charged a ‘resort’ fee pus tax (amounting to almost $200). I did NOT consider this a ‘resort’ hotel by any stretch of my imagination and would like to be reimbursed for those charges and not having a microwave or refrigerator.

Generally a fun place, though rooms were clean, they are quite dated. Would have been nice to have at least a coffee maker in the room or a small fridge. The pool area was great though!

Connecting walkway with Luxor and Mandalay Bay was great. Air train between the properties makes it easy and convenient. But the cigarette smoke smell inside the casino at Excalibur is atrocious. I don't want to stay long at the casino because of it. Dining choices not great at Excalibur. Also the room does not have a ref to keep drinks cool.
