"We loved our stay at this hotel! It’s conveniently located within walking distance of the Estoril and Monte Estoril train stations, making it easy to travel to Lisbon or Cascais. The beach is very close, and you can enjoy a beautiful 20-minute walk along the boardwalk into Cascais. Every hotel staff we interacted with was incredibly accommodating and genuinely friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was included in our stay and enjoyed it every morning."

"I was there for one very short night. The room was very nice and very clean and a very good size. The pillow was my favorite pillow I've ever slept on. The hallway to my room had a creepy feel to it, and the door didn't seem to shut well. I did not have breakfast, as I needed to leave at 3:30 a.m. Even though I confirmed this with the Front Desk at check-in and later that evening, I NEVER received the 3:00 a.m. wake up call. Very bad service, concerning this. There were two gentlemen at the Front Desk when I left, and they barely apologized for their mistake."
