Beautiful mountain views and amazing mornings, awakening to the sounds of all manner of birds, frogs and other animals. Excellent buffet breakfast with a wide variety of hot and cold food and drink options. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very lovely property!"

"El hotel es tal cual lo promocionan, no hay engaño, lo que si tienen que mejorar es la cobertura del internet, hay mala señal en las habitaciones, si alguien quiere trabajar debe trasladarse al área del comedor. El desayuno es bueno, pero debe variarse, todos los días es el mismo. El hotel en general esta muy bien, limpio y con mucha vegetación y tiene vista al volcán."

"Honestly a great deal for the price. A-frame tents were spacious (enough for us to open up two check in bags and a carry on and still be able to walk around). Our room has a view of the forest with nothing blocking it which was so amazing because we literally woke up to birds sitting in our balcony. We were only staying for one night and since we had an early start the next morning, the staff was nice enough to let us pick some items from their breakfast buffet before they had even...
