"Staying in a hotel in the mountains above Chamonix, accessible only by a quaint train (30 minutes) where you can go on incredible hikes or just relax on the patio and stare at the glorious mountains... well, it doesn't get better than that. Everyone on the staff was attentive and nice, and the family room was perfect for my husband, myself, and our teenage daughter (who got her own space). We loved it!!"
"Stayed in room X which is on the top floor with a skylight and Mountain View from the balcony. Eight minute drive from downtown Chamonix but also the hotel is in a beautiful area (near a golf course) to walk. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Restaurant in the hotel is convenient with outdoor seating. Loved every minute. "

"Very centrally located, we could walk everywhere including the MIDI cable car and the alpine roller coaster. We could see Mt Blanc right from the apartment windows 😊 Restaurants and grocery stores within one block. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Our hot water failed one evening and they had the technician work at night to fix it. There are 7 parking spots, so book parking early if needed. The elevator if very very small, so consider getting a lower floor if stairs are a problem. One...
"There is no need to look any further! A lovely old hotel with a great location - a little removed from the hustle and bustle of town but very close! A wonderful, accommodating staff, beautiful grounds, nice bar, great restaurant and a waiting vehicle to take you to wherever you would like - in a big valley like Chamonix that is very valuable. We stayed at two other locations and now that we know, we will never stay anywhere else! Enjoy"

"Nice place with good breakfast and pool. Note it’s more of a lodge style place and not a regular hotel. You’ll need a car to reach most places in Chamonix centre and most lifts, we had a rental and did not check out any buses.
