Property is very spacious and clean however only one AC worked during the night in the bedrooms. It's very close and walkable to the La Spezia Central station. It is right besides the train lines, so it's not very quiet.

Convenient location and pleasant stay.

Host was very nice, great communication at all times and helpful. Apartment was very well located at just a few blocks to the main train station. Area was quiet and there were many stores, supermarkets, restaurants (highly recommend Bella Napoli pizzeria trattoria on Via Antonio Gramsci, 175/177, 19122 La Spezia SP, Italy: delicious food and great service), etc at walking distance and we felt safe at all times. Apartment was spotless clean, bed and bedding were very comfortable. Bathroom was very nice size and shower spacious and good. Would come back and definitely recommend.

We are 9 in the family and we all fit comfortably in the place. The place was close to the main train station and easy to get in and out going to Cinque Terre. It was crowded but very accessible. We love it because we got to use the kitchen and tge washer. I would recommend the place with my friends. The staff is so friendly and easy to communicate.

I recommend this place ! Is very convenient walking distance to main attractions. Nice quiet place to stay. No kitchen or food service but less than a minute from a market where u can buy pretty much anything. Friendly staff and complementary coffee , tea , shampoo and conditioner 😊

Very good room for the price

Overall a very good experience, within walking distance of the central station. Only minor complaints are that some of the pillows had a slightly bad odour, and we could have used with some slippers. Otherwise a very good stay and well worth what we paid.

The place was simple and cute, we didn’t get the place that was advertised, and it was on the dark side of the building, but the 4 of us were comfortable. There were cobwebs on the high ceiling, the sink was cracked, soap dish was broken, but all in all the Mie Stelle is way better than a chain hotel, we really felt at home.

Super convenient, sparkling clean!

I chose this based on proximity to the train station which was a five minute walk. We had two connecting rooms, Both which were sparkling clean. We did have to pay to park our rental car, €30 for only overnight then another €30 for a few extra hours after 10 am. Parking was another five minute walk and behind a locked gate. We didn’t really have a choice in that, but it was worth the money to be near the train station. We were in Riomaggiore in about 20 minutes!

Great location in La Spezia....

This apartment is perfect for exploring the Cinque Terre being very close to the station. The apartment is spacious well equipped and has excellent aircon. The bed was extremely comfortable. The owner Ciro couldn't have been more helpful, although having some italian helped as his english was limited. We stayed for 3 nights which was perfect to see Cinque Terre and the town/port of La Spezia.

I don’t think this property should be on renting. Mirror is broken and hazardous, dangerous. Shower room doesn’t have hangers for towels. Shower floor is slippery. I rented two rooms, but the owner try to open only one. All furniture quality is very low quality.
