I’ve received an email from Expedia informing me where to go for the check-in. The location is NOT where the apartment is, but in a restricted area. I would have needed a permit to reach the place for the check in. Did not get any and when asked for help, the staff via WhatsApp was rude.
Via WhatsApp I’ve received different information on how to access the apartment.
I will receive a ticket because I went to their offices for check in!!!!
Also, I’ve asked for WIFI password and the answer via WhatsApp was: we already gave it to you. What manners are these???!!??
Anyhow, be ready for bad assistance and bad A/C.
