Had a really lovely stay here. It's close to several restaurants and the harbour and has several bus options in the vicinity too. It's a self-check-in stay so there isn't much interaction with any staff upon check in. However, they sent all the relevant information well before I arrived. It is a little noisy if that bothers anyone, but it wasnt an issue for me at all.

The room was amazing, we got to stay in 302 which was the corner room and it had a great view of the town and the plaza. The bed was comfy and the space was nice for us Americans that are used to bigger spaces. 😅 Would stay here again if we come back to Italy. They were also doing maintenance upkeep on the building while we were there. It was nice to see them keep up with a historic building like this one.

Our stay was great.Our room was large and clean.We had access to several towels. The merchant responded to our request immediately via whatsapp. Cleaning was done daily and in a timely fashion. It was questionable if the ac was working, but we did have a fan in the room that was great. There seemed to be construction going on outside the windows so the windows were sealed off with no natural light into the room. That being said, we were out for most of the day so that wasn't a big issue for us. Overall, our stay was good and the room was very spacious.

No front desk, so check in & keys must be coordinated, but once we were in, the room was great. Walkable to everything we wanted to see and do! Lots of shopping and dining options. Would definitely stay there again!

The room was clean but to access the room is kinda complicated with the code, keycard and key. We felt almost too safe with all the locks on the doors. We overall recommand it because of the location.

Beautiful location, great restaurants close to apartment. Very clean and close to the waterfront park. We truly enjoyed our time here. Bonus, the safe was stuck with our passports and they came out on a Sunday afternoon to rescue us. Best communication and went above and beyond what we expected. Highly recommend.

Central place in La Spezia with good walking distance to restaurants and train station (about 15 min walking). About 15 min away from good parking spaces in a parking garage (15 euro per day). Good place to stay if you just need a place to sleep

Air conditioning didn’t work and a lot of amenities were extra like soap, water etc. the WiFi also didn’t work. good location and great communication with owner. Great for couples It was also quite close to a main road and a lot of noise of a night time.

I didn’t like the self check inn system in fact when I booked I had no idea it was a self check inn The address on line was different that the one that was sent to me on wathsapp it was two different buildings it was very confusing it would have been very nice to have someone with the keys welcoming you the room was very clean the bed comfortable room and bathroom kind of small location very convenient

Junior Suite Annex Building Review

I stayed in the Junior Suite for two nights while visiting Cinque Terre. Location is close to the water, cruise terminal and a park. Highly recommend No Name cafe for breakfast or aperitif. Plus an excellent restaurant, Pink Benny is next door! It should be noted that the building is not like a typical hotel. There is no reception for check in and instructions are sent via Whats App on how to get the key. It felt a bit like getting through an escape room at first but once you find the keys check in was easy! There is an elevator in the building. Once you check in there is a small hall with several updated suites. The suite was quiet, very clean, and provided a small mini bar for a fee. I felt very safe staying here! If you stay here to visit Cinque Terre via train the building is approximately a 15-20 minute walk. This was not a problem but if mobility is an issue I would recommend a taxi or utilize the bus system. Otherwise everything you need is within a 5 minute walk to explore La Spezia. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Don't fool by other negative comment. This is one of the best place when I stay in Italy. It is about 15 mins walk or 5 mins taxi ride from La spezia train station. I did not drive but see plenty of parking around. there is also public bus station right at the building. Owner of the unit provided clear instruction on how to get in to building and how to get the room card. we communicate by whatsapp but im not sure if it is the only way to talk. lobby is little dark but nothing to worry about. there is elevator so you dont need to take your luggage up. once you enter the unit, it is a different world, very modern and comfortable. there are 4 rooms and i dont hear anything from other rooms. in conclusion i would recommend this place for anyone who visit Cinque Terre.

High quality room! About a 20 min walk from La spezia centrale. Fridge is wall mounted and very small, but close to food and city center and made for an easy leaping off point to Cinque Terre. Great balcony!

Nice, clean, very good AC. It was the perfect place to stay while visiting Cinque Terre with my wife and kids, 5 and 8. Nice neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and close to the city centre, the harbour and the local market. It’s definitely an option to stay when we come back without children to hike Cinque Terre, but we’ll do that off season with less tourists.
