"I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt compelled to after staying here with my son. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and spotlessly presented. The rooms, bathrooms, bar and décor all look brand new, and the breakfast (€15) was excellent with plenty of choice. The Disney shuttle was also reliable and very convenient. "J'ai été logé apparemment dans ce qui semble être une pièce cloisonnée de la réception. La propreté n'était pas au rendez-vous avec des odeurs émanant de la salle d'eau faite en hâte. La télé ne marchait pas et la climatisation non plus, dans cette canicule parisienne. Le bon point a été le réceptionniste qui a été aimable et disponible malgré l'heure avancée."

"The room had no a/c, being an American, I figured I didn’t know how to work the a/c system. I googled how to use it. Watched videos. It still wasn’t working. The first night was super uncomfortable. The second night I asked, they told me my room had no a/c and gave me a portable fan. That I had to carry up to the second floor. Pool was closed. Elevators were also closing due to maintenance. Staff were as extremely nice. I didn’t know we had to pay for breakfast, not worth $12 each person....

"Lovely breakfast, spacious rooms and the check in staff are extremely helpful and were fantastic with the requirements we have for our child who has special needs. They kept his food in a fridge for us, so we had ease knowing his needs were supported. "

"The day we were there it was the hotest temperature ever recorded, it was very surprising to me that the hotel didn’t have any ice even in the restaurant! we arrived at two pm and couldn’t find anything to eat in the neighborhood everything is closed until five! Be aware of this local restrictions, we were starving and hot!"

"Staff wasn't friendly, cabin was dirty had mold and was uncomfortable. Especially dislike having to put the key in to run the AC and certain lights as well as to lock the door from the inside. There was no paper towels, kitchen towels or dishwashing liquid."

"It was a fuss free check-in experience. We reserved a family room but as it was sold out they offered 2 x double room at the same price which was better than expected as you could do things more efficient with an extra bathroom. Rooms were spacious and bed/pillow was comfy. Bathrooms/toilet was nice. Place felt quite new. Free parking + free breakfast was nice. The parking area had cameras around so felt safe leaving some luggages you didn't need in the car. Overall an impressive stay. "
