"We booked a Family Suite with 2 bedrooms for 6 of us in our family. We were given a room on the ground floor in a building far from everything (registration/lobby, restaurants, swimming pool, golf driving range, spa, shops, parking. That suite has an old & damp odor. The cologne we sprayed were able to mask the odor. We killed 7 spiders on our first night. So my daughter reported it to front desk first thing in the morning. Therefore, we were transferred to an upper level suite in a building close to everything. We enjoyed the rest of our vacation."

"For the price I paid, I wanted a better experience. The food was mediocre, the hot tub didn't work the first day, AC didn't get cold enough, toilet didn't flush well, elevators took forever, and house keeping never cleaned our room. Additional charge to park seemed excessive. The pool was over chlorinated and hot. The first floor bathroom had no toilet paper. The staff was friendly though and the cookie and bottle of water was appreciated."

"We enjoyed our stay here. We usually have complaints about hotels but I don't think we have a single one. Our kids loved the koi pond and feeding the fish in the mornings. The food was good and staff was friendly. Everything was clean. We enjoyed the cocktail hour. We did order from the restaurant one night and while the food was good, it was $30 for a very tiny portion of meat and some polenta. That was disappointing. The pool and hot tub were great and overall it was a very nice experience."

"Property is under construction. We stayed in an updated room, but it was not solidly put together. Hooks falling out of the walls, flashing hanging off the door, and a bit dingy for being 'newly renovated'. The view from the balcony was nice, but the smell from the cove and all the birds was pretty bad. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night. Both nights the rooftop was rented out by parties, weddings so music was blasting loudly enough that my phone was telling me what song was playing while we tried to fall asleep. Pull out was not comfy for the kids. We had to call housekeeping to get sheets and bedding for the pull out bed, which was not made up. Our bodywash was empty so we also called down for that. There was only ever one person working the front desk and they were overwhelmed. They need more help and housekeeping should be more thorough, which would eliminate the repeated calls for sheets, soap, etc. For the money there's much better places in the same area. DO NOT RECOMMEND."
