"We had a decent stay but the hotel manager charged me for a pre-paid room and then was unable or unwilling to give me a refund. I gave the staff a generous tip when I checked out and still received poor service. I waited three business days to get a response and reimbursement and still haven’t. They didn’t even send me a receipt of what they charged me when I checked out. "

"You will never expect to find this magic place in the middle of the mountains. I am very picky but the food here was exceptional! The mountains and the trees were so breath taking, I’ve never been to any place this peaceful before. The cabin was amazing and the details in every single room here was so beautiful. "The staff were helpful and the room was clean. I like having coffee in my room and that was not possible. Had to wait till 7:30 AM for the restaurant to open. Or get dressed and walk around the corner. But overall, it was a comfortable visit in a fantastic neighborhood And I appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the staff."
