Hôtel très bien situé dans un quartier sécuritaire et avec des chambres confortables.
Petit déjeuner correct mais pas copieux avec œufs brouillés et croissants.
Foi uma excelente estadia! Tudo correu muito bem, ótima recepção por parte dos funcionários e um café da manhã com algumas opções apenas porém tudo muito saboroso!
Excelente ubicación muy centrico, se ve seguro al menos para ser bogota, en cuanto a la estancia, el desayuno estaba muy rico, la habitacion limpia e incluye varias cosas si las pides como la plancha o secadora para cabello.
El hotel está céntrico, tranquilo, seguro, camas muy cómodas y excelente atención por parte del personal en recepción y cocina. Sin dudarlo me volveré a hospedar ahí con mi familia nuevamente.
Wifi wasnt working 2 nights out of 3. No roomkeeping. AC goes out intermittently. Hot water in shower needs some finessing. Room looks modern. Location is excellent since it is only half block away from Gold museum and walking distance to Masserrate, central La Candelaria, etc.
The location of this hotel is fantastic but the room itself wasn't. The TV was installed on the wall but was hanging at lopsided, the bed was fixed to the headboard but the wall wasn't straight so the bed was at an angle, the absolute worst thing about this room was the faucet in the bathroom. It is on a sensor, like you often have in public bathrooms. Only this one didn't work very well, almost everytime you wanted to use it, the little red light on it would start flashing indicating it was resetting. You then had to wait a long time, often 10 minutes or more, before the faucet would start working and you could wash your hands or brush your teeth. Because it was a sensor faucet you also can't adjust the flow or the temperature. This faucet was super frustrating and the main reason I wouldn't stay in this hotel again.

Did not honor Hotel.com reservation. Paid twice.
I booked for my friend through hotels.com. When she arrived, the lady at the reception said you don't have booking even though we showed the confirmation email. She said the agency got the money but the hotel didn't. Ask her to pay the full price. She paid and asked for the invoice. Lady said yes I will give when you check out. At checkout she said that I will write to the agency you never arrived. They will ask you why and you make an excuse. They will refund your money. (But didn't give the invoice). Of course that is not going to happen and so we didn't even try.
