Great service and great rooms. The swimming pool area is not so friendly as there are normal no comfortable chairs and definitely it could be improved. For the breakfast options not really much to choose from and the service during breakfast is not much friendly. A lot of options around the area and I had kids with me. They loved it.

The hotel is very clean and modern, service was great- Jesus who showed us to our room was great. The room was spacious and very modern with great amenities. Free shuttle is available to and from airport which is a great perk. Location was great walkable to many parts of the town. My only drawbacks is that the pool was not that heated, Jacuzzi temperature was not that warm and after informing the spa reception nothing was done. The sauna and steam were also not working, for a hotel of this calibre there should be more effort put in these areas. Breakfast was good but nothing to rave on about, if you are vegan there are a lack of options apart from bread and fruit. We requested for oatmeal to be made as one guests didn’t eat eggs but was given dried oats in a bowl.
