Firstly the staff was friendly and very helpful , the hotel room featured a modern design and restaurant was good as well. However, the room had too many issues (leaking kitchen faucet, TV not working, temporary issues with the water temperature and bedroom light that had to be replaced. This was frustrating initially but they did try to fix the issues nonetheless overall the hotel is well placed in a safe and convenient location with easy access to restaurants/stores/malls/cambio. If the room did not have the issues mentioned above i would have given a better rating.

They were like a toiletries service. And the cleaning of the room there were broken windows shades never came to fix Em No towels in the bathroom. No, help with the luggage. It is really going down such beautiful hotel. I will not be staying there again.

Decent breakfast. Close to La séptima. It's not a bad hotel if you are traveling with family. Rooms are spacious. Usually travel with my family and new born, having a kitchen, stove, refrigerator and cookware makes it easy to prepare food for your kiddos. But, the place is extremely outdated and beds are super firm. If you don't mind very outdated furniture, limited WiFi and very noisy area this place will be fine for you if not I would not recommend.

During the breakfast buffet it was approached by one of the ladies that worked in the restaurant area removing place Glass and such without any asking any questions she approached me and told me that I could not be wasting food when the reason I did not eat the food was because it was terrible, so maybe the food is good for her to eat but not for me so I left it on the plate I didn't reply out of politeness but I didn't like her approach I think she needs to be educated in this matter. Without a doubt if the food was good enough to eat everyone's going to eat to the last crumb.

Not an ideal hotel gym for the fitness gurus. No room cleaning sundays fyi. Breakfast was good, coffee was great. The room had some wear and tear if you paid attention to it. Specifically the baseboards. No fridge for the deluxe room that I got even though it has a stove. So, you would assume a fridge would come with it to keep food cool if you were to cook. No kitchen supplies upon checking in the room. Need to ask for them. Tough bed in my opinion, you can hear the streets at night if bikes go by or loud cars. Staff were friendly. Sauna is only if you getting a spa treatment.
