"Beautiful ryokan and the most comfortable beds I’ve ever had. The meals were really excellent. Hotel is new so I guess the management still has to fine tune its service. For example, the dining times could be a little more flexible instead of just 2 fixed seatings for bf n dinner ; and a coffee making machine in the rooms would be a really welcome plus factor."

"Did not stay the full 2-night stay, I left 8am after the first night. Woke up and noticed I was sleeping on a pillow that had mold spots. Blinds were broken and dilapidated. A layer of dust was on the bed stand. Onsen was covered in mildew and water dispenser was covered in mold also. About a kilometer up hill from the bus terminal. The outside of the building looks like it hasn’t been updated or worked on in a while. Would not stay here again."

"The hotel is located nearby all the landmarks in the heart of the city. A bit old building however the room and onsen is good."
