"湯畑からは少し坂を歩くので、雪の季節はブーツ必須ですが、ホテルからの雪景色もとても美しく、ホテルの中もとてもキレイで、細やかな気配り、オシャレなインテリアなど、静かで落ち着いた滞在ができました。
お風呂も源泉でとても気持ちいいです。
スタッフの女性もとても気さくで感じもよく気配りも良かったです。

"The staff were very accommodating and kind. Our experience here has become a highlight in our Japan trip! Especially the half board menu where we experienced a hearty, well-balanced dining experience specializing in traditional Japanese food using local, fresh ingredients. The onsets were big and very well kept. We enjoyed our stay here!"
