"Loved The Majestic - it achieves the rare combination of being a 'heritage' property, but also being luxurious. It doesn't quite match up to The Imperial in Delhi, but it is not too far off. Excellent staff, lovely rooms and decent public areas. I wish we'd had time to stay longer."

"This is a great, affordable place to stay if you need to be near Sentral - convenient for arrival on KLIA express and for taking trains to other parts of Malaysia as well as around KL. Rooms are very basic but spotlessly clean. I returned there after my initial booking for another stay on my way back through KL. Staff are really lovely, accommodating and helpful and have advice about the nearby area. The only negative is that the rooms have no protection from noise so I was awoken through the night by people coming back late and children running up and down the corridors early in the morning. I can go back to sleep really quickly so it wasn’t too bothersome, but if noise bothers you a lot, bring some earplugs. I would definitely stay there again for a convenient and safe place to rest my head passing through KL. "

"Ascott stays never disappoints!! This was the most comfortable stay during my 5 week holiday traveling between China and Malaysia. Bedrooms were tidy and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and appliances. It really made me feel like I was at home. Front desk service was courteous, welcoming and professional. The only thing I would like to comment on is their breakfast. It could do better, from food varieties, atmosphere and location. I’ve been to other Ascott buffets and this one was literally a joke."

"The butler team of Natasha, Nicole and Robi made our family of 4 stay impeccable. Right at arrival after a tired travelling journey, Natasha brightened up our day with her smile and welcome. As we went through check in in the room, she was always on the lookout for anything to aid my wife, kids and suggesting things she could help us arrange to have a relaxing night. The personal touches and surprises everyday throughout our stay really touched our hearts. The kids especially loved the drawings they received and they were so well drawn. The butler service team really made the stay feel extremely warm and personable, and it made us feel they went above and beyond to make our already luxurious stay even more memorable. The property of course was very well maintained and staff service in other areas of the hotel were also excellent. A commendable team effort that deserves this long review. I will definitely recommend this hotel to stay. "
