"We stayed here for 4 nights over New Year's and had a great experience. The location of the hotel is superb, most things will be 10 minutes walk away. The room was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly. We didn't opt for breakfast as we thought it was a bit expensive (95 zl ~ £20) compared to options nearby. The pool and spa are operated slightly separately. We didn't have access included as part of our room, but we booked 2 slots anyway to access the pool area. It's quite popular, so try to book a couple of days before! They give you a robe, slippers and towels. Once inside, there is a good-sized pool, jacuzzi, 2 saunas, steam room and a few more. There are only about 6 loungers, which can be a bit annoying. Overall, though it was a good experience. Before we arrived, we were offered a massage deal, so we booked 2 Balinese massages. They have double rooms, so you and your partner can have the treatment at the same time. The massage was great, felt super relaxed after. You can leave tips in cash or by scanning a QR code, which is very convenient."

"I booked this hotel for my mother-in-law, and she absolutely loved it! Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the service was excellent. The staff were very helpful and always ready to assist her with any questions about the equipment. The breakfast was also wonderful — fresh, tasty, and a great variety.
