Dear Guest, We have to apologize that you were not happy during your stay with us. Regarding to the problem of the mattress, we will try to figure out to solve this issue as soon as we can. For the English channels, we have some digital channels that broadcasting in English. However, we might not be able to explain you clearly to switch the input source with the remote control.
