The hotel reception is chaotic and busy, check in seems to take ages and not organised - a queue manager is required, but everyone seems to need lots of help to check in. It’s not calm.. breakfast was on - good range but again chaotic and busy,"

"The hotel was nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I had an allergic reaction to the detergent they used on the sheets (this has never happened before). They gave me new bedding and there were no issues - so I wonder if they weren't rinsed well. Very loud neighbors."
