"Firmly 4 stars. They gave me a different room to what I booked, but not better. I wasn’t too hot on the service. The staff were not as friendly and there were no amenities available. This is supposed to be a hostel, but it operates as a hotel. Location is great and decent."

"The location is excellent, close to MTR There's direct airport bus A21 and the bus stop is only 5 minutes walk to hotel. Plenty of restaurants and eateries along Nathan road . We enjoy having a bath tub in the room, which can help to keep the bath room floor dry and clean. Highly recommended."
