"This was the perfect spot for our trip in Odawara! Not only are the staff incredibly kind and accommodating, they provide small touches that make their guests feel welcome, like inviting us to sit for tea upon arrival, the 24/7 complementary coffee/tea and the cozy pajamas. Just a short walk to everything we wanted! Under 10 minutes to many izakaya options for dinner, 24 hour onsen, train station and Odawara Castle! We recommend Ryokan Plum to anyone staying in the area!

"This hotel is a step up from the typical business hotel. The rooms are a little larger, there’s a proper chair for vanity mirror area, small refrigerator but adequate but it could be better by having a freezer, bed medium firmness so I enjoyed a little give in bedding, nice pillows and comforter. The hotel has a laundry room for self laundry which was convenient. The staff were all friendly and the location is nicely situated near the Sotetsu/Odayku JR lines.
