ハウスの中が凄く綺麗で良く出来ているな、と感じました。 BBQも、材料を買って持って行って、火を付ける木炭等は用意(別途料金支払い)して頂けるので、持って行く手間が無く助かります。 すぐ真横に車が止められるので、その点は、ポイントが高いと感じました。 少し残念に感じたのは、備え付けのコップ等が、2個ずつしか無く、泊まる人数分か、ベット分のコップがあれば良かった、と感じました。 外の備え付けのランプ、幾つか明かりが消えていて気になりました。 受け付け時の、名前を言うのも気になります(隣りに人が居ない時でないと…と思いました) あと他は、気にならない位にまたリピートしたいと思います。 富士急ハイランドや富士すばるランドが近いので、イベントや遊びに行く方にオススメします。

施設は綺麗でよかったです お風呂が大きいのも良かったです 12月で寒かったですがゆっくりあったまることができました マイナスの面はBBQ設備使用で6000円別途とられたのは痛かったです

2回目の利用でしたが、チェックインの方法が変わったようで、宿泊者全員を入口に集合させ画面越しに一人ずつ名前を言うことになっていました。狭いスペースだし両隣りには他の利用者がいるし、大声でないと聞こえないようで、とても気持ち良いものではありませんでした。

【満足点】 - メールでのご対応が迅速でわかりやすくとても感謝しています - 体験できる内容に沿った立地でありました（スーパー、コンビニ、朝食、観光） - プライベート空間がしっかり保てる空間でした（周りの方々にマナーがあったかもですが） - 部屋自体も清掃もとても綺麗でした - お風呂は自宅のように使えて満足でした - 冷蔵庫サイズもバーベキュー食材を入れても問題ありませんでした（私は飲み物用のクーラーボックスを持参したのもあります - 花火をやれるのはメリットとして大きいです - 片付けも指定の場所に置けば良いだけなので気軽に利用できます 【不満ではないが検討いただきたい点】 - 玄関周りが汚れやすいので小さな掃除機等があると子供が足を汚しても玄関を綺麗に保ちやすそうです - 雨天時にもバーベキューがしやすいように火の位置をテント下にしていただけると嬉しいです - 荷物が全て床置きになるので軽量の物は棚に置いてスペースを有効に使いたいです - ベッドの端の隙間が大きいので子供が落ちやすく埋めていただけると嬉しいです - ファミリーで宿泊するには高単価であると感じる点もあったのでもう少し値段を調整いただけるとリピートしやすいです

Great getaway!

Great place in a quiet neighborhood. Trailer was very clean with instructions for everything in English and other languages. Nearby (2 minute drive or 10 minute walk) is a small "mall" with a supermarket, drugstore, 100 yen shop--basically everything you would need, if you forgot something. We had NO problems at all and have NO complaints. It was a perfect vacation. We would recommend this place to travelling families with kids. We could have a nice BBQ (they provided everything except food and spices) and even did small fireworks on the last day. We didn't see anyone else staying here the whole time, which was nice because of Coronavirus. But also worrisome for the owners, if they can keep this place open. A member of the maintenance company stopped by and chatted with my husband for a while. They hire handicap people, which I HIGHLY RESPECT. In Japan, it's hard to find a company that truly cares about employing handicap or special needs people. I would like to support this place again and visit in the winter. Even without knowing all this, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet escape near Mt. Fuji.

家族4人で、滞在いたしました。フロント環境のない仕組みですが、メッセージのやり取りで対応も早いため、全く問題なく、とても快適に過ごすことができました。BBQも2晩しました。片付けや道具の用意をして頂けるので、大助かりでした。そばには、スーパーマーケット、美味しいパン屋さんもあり、立地も最高でした。

大変快適に過ごせました！

限られたスペースと予算内で、ゲストが最大限に快適に過ごせるようにと、考え抜かれた宿だと感心しました！ 初めは立地が「住宅街の中？！」と驚きましたが、BBQ空間は、なるべくプライベートに過ごせるよう工夫されていましたし、どーんとそびえる富士山の眺めは爽快でした。 トレーラー内も新築なので、全体的に綺麗なのは当たり前かもしれませんが、隅々まで綺麗に掃除されているのが分かる状態で感激でした。備品も高価なものではないけれどシンプルでデザインの可愛い物だし、リネン系も気持ちよくクリーニングされていて寝心地抜群でした。 BBQスペースに用意された日除け、室内の空気清浄機や無料wifi、手ぶらで来てもエンジョイできるアメニティやキッチン用品の豊富さ。どれをとっても「ここまで考えてくれてるんだー！」と嬉しくなる。更に、季節が夏だったのですが、玄関に蚊取り線香と虫除けパッチまで用意してあり、その心遣いにキュンとしました。 特に感動したのが、トレーラーハウスなのに、浴室にコンパクトでもたっぷり浸かれる湯船があった事。しかも自動湯張りや、追い焚きまで出来る。シャワーだけでいいやと思っていたけど、ザップリと浸かって疲れをとる事が出来ました。湯船を気持ちよく使える様にと、洗剤とスポンジまで用意されてる所も涙物に嬉しい所。 ちなみに子供達の大ヒットはロフトのベットでした♪ 家族全員大喜びでした。本当に楽しく快適に過ごせました！感謝です♪ 近隣はまだまだ開発地の様でしたので、今後隣に家が立ち並ぶと、富士山が見えなくなっちゃいそうなのが唯一残念な所です。

施設はきれいで、全て揃っており最高でした。滞在理由にもよりますが、宿泊メインの人には快適です。キャンプやBBQがメインの人には、付近の雰囲気が物足りないかも知れません。住宅地の一角にあります。十分BBQはできます。

ホテルというより、一軒家と言える程設備や備品が揃っていました。二泊の滞在でしたが、もっと長く滞在したいと思える程快適に過ごせました。施設内から富士山も綺麗に見えますし、徒歩圏内にモールもあります。次回は是非BBQをしてみたいです。
