"Maria at front desk was excellent during check in & check out. Bas helped transport our luggage and very helpful. Although it was difficult to get to this resort, once you arrive it’s just amazing and beautiful. We did 1/2 day excursion (boat) it was wonderful and the staff were great. I would recommend this place. "

The hotel is located right next to Tonsai Pier, which makes arrivals, departures, and getting around the island via water taxi, or heading out for tours, incredibly easy. "The beachfront property is magical. Great restaurants, convenience stores, spa, gym, multiple pools and so much more. The rooms are great; slightly dated, in need of a fresh coat of paint and other minor repairs. But overall, very nice. Jasmine Restaurant next door is our favorite restaurant. Such a great holiday. "Omg an amazing hotel. Booked it for our honeymoon the staff is so dang sweet when we told them we were on our honeymoon they decorated our room with flowers! They gave us the best deals on excursions and it's a good location because it's close to the pier. Loved this hotel!"

"Stayed at BaKao bay, Phi Phi. Excellent villas with outdoor seating on patio or sliding door to outdoor patio. Great as well there’s ac in the villas too. Only thing they could have had better beds. Mattress is rock hard but we survived. There’s lots of options for excursions around the islands too, shopping you will find more in Tonsai bay/beach. Close to 2 different beaches but the best beach is about 20 min walking distance, or 100thb for tuktuk. The best beach is by Phi Phi Hotel resort....
