Overall - We had a lovely stay at this hotel and would recommend for others. We hotel is in a very good spot with a lovely pool, small outside gym and a view of the quiet side of the Phi Phi Beaches. If you can, I would absolutely recommend a room with a sea view. The hotel rooms were nice but the bathrooms could do with some updating. I felt this was the only area which was not up to scratch in the room. One thing to note and this doesn't fall on the hotel itself but the ongoing parties in the Phi Phi mainland mean there is some noise in the evenings. The hotel room did a good job of blocking this out which was good. Thank you to the staff and the hotel for a lovely stay at one of my favourite places!

Great location, loads of space, only issues were room was very run down, dirty and 2 light bulbs working. When you visit you know why the bathrooms are not in the pictures

Stunning views from our balcony to the pool and the sea. Bathroom very old and unfashionable. Clean service very poor. Not international channel on tv. Good buffet for breakfast.

It is right on the water close to the beach but loud from the bars. Our bathroom was dirty when we arrived and our shower door was broken.

This is an old property but certain areas head been updated. Our room was good but our shower was gross! The view and location was amazing At $145 Canadian bucks a night there was much cheaper for equally or better value.

Requires remodeling. Super dirty shower. They did not allow me to participate in the meals in the afternoon because they thought I was not at the hotel and since they hardly understand English they did not understand me. They had nowhere to refill water to drink and they didn't even offer me a bottle.

I wanted to give this place 5 stars because the pool was wonderful and we liked the breakfast. The staff was great and it's in a convenient location. But the bathroom was in really rough shape. It felt dirty, the toilet only worked part of the time, and it felt like it was falling apart and in need of an update.

Great location but the hotel needs a make over. Nice pool ( one was under renovation) But the area around the pool was filled with old bird droppings. No mattresses for the sunbeds.

Quando chegamos a piscina não estava funcionando, deviam ter avisado com antecedência ou conceder um desconto. O que não foi feito. Hotel bem antigo, café da manhã limitado.

Hotell i behov av renovering
Hotellet var säkert bra för tio år sedan men sen dess har det förfallit. Nergånget eller bedagat är en bra beskrivning. Behövs en ordentlig renovering! Aircondition t ex fungerade mycket dåligt trots försökt till reparation. Värmen på natten och högt ljud från festandet på nattklubbarna gjorde det svårt att sova. En fungerande AC och bättre ljudisolering hade löst detta. Frukust ok men i ganska tråkig miljö. Poolen som såg jättefin ut på bilderna var helt nerstängd för reparation under vår vistelse. Läget på hotellet är annars bra, nära till piren och just i vårt fall fin utsikt över bukten.

What a dump!!! AC only partially working (room not cold); no hot water at all!! They advised us at check-in that the AC and hot water were being “cleaned” and would be fully functional at 2pm. This turned out to be a lie so we did not go stay at another hotel. Both the AC and hot water tank were not working at this property and they did not want to tell us this as we would have stayed at another property. Our room was infested with mosquitos; we spent the first 30 minutes in the room killing mosquitos. There is standing water in broken water features and broken pool, which are breeding grounds for mosquitos The duvet cover was not clean; we found blood on the underside of the duvet and one pillow. we did not see this until time to sleep. They obviously just flipped it over when turning the room over from one guest to the next. Pool was under “renovation” but they did allow us to use another hotel’s pool. One of the water glasses in the bathroom had lipstick on it when we checked in. The mattress is one of those old metal coil springs from the 1970s; you can feel each metal coil when you sit or lay on the bed. This hotel is in complete disrepair and dirty. And the sad part is we paid over $200 USD per night for our room at this dump. Shame on Expedia for selling rooms at this hotel! This hotel needs to be removed from Expedia immediately. DISGUSTING

The hotel smelled really bad. The sheets, pillow covers, pillows smell like it hasn’t been changed for a long long time. Rooms smell moldy.
