"The resort is located in a beautiful spot. It’s quiet and not on the Main Street which was nice. Had a beautiful view and pool. One complaint we had was that the water isn’t safe to drink and they only provided 2 very small water bottles of drinking water per room and it took an act of god it felt like to get more… we have stayed at plenty of resorts where they provide filling stations or unlimited water bottles of water, also we had to pay for water at the pool, no good. We came back afyer going to Phi Phi and they store our luggage, we had a Welcome back towel gift on the bed (so thoughtful). Food is delicious! Just be aware that there are stairs everywhere because of the hill but that is what makes it beautiful!! One of the best hotels we stayed in our South East Asia trip!! "

"Overall, an absolutely beautiful hotel with very kind people. The room was excellent and I’ve never been to a more friendly place. The only negatives would be at times The staff just didn’t understand drink orders, and there were a few meals where the service was slow and inconsistent. Again they were super friendly, but I feel a bit young and inexperienced to deal with more complicated requests. Also didn’t like that they had a yoga class every couple days, but it was $45 if you wanted to participate. I think at this price point things like that should be included. Other observation is that it is very family friendly, and me and my wife were just about the only people there without little kids. So if you are a couple looking to hang out with other couples, this may not be your spot, but if you have kids, then it should be perfect. But overall a wonderful stay with super lovely people!"
