"The room was very clean, brand new bathroom, staff was very attentive. Great option for the price especially on game day weekend. Short uber ride to UTK and the hotel was offering complimentary uber rides on game day, a very nice touch. Overall this is a great option when you just need a place to sleep. "

"The ac went out in room called the front office to have it looked at and no one ever came to fix. There was a roach in the bathroom. And when i went to take a shower my first night there was a used bar of soap left in shower and things from the previous occupants. The bed sheets had what looked like died blood on them"

"Room had gnats, towels were stained, breakfast was nonexistent, "clean" towels were hung in a Target bag on door. Coffee carafe was missing and then one without a lid was given. Water temp went from normal to scalding without warning. Lots of transient looking people around and living in rooms. Pool was padlocked for no reason. Staff was nice but unmotivated. Laundry/Ice was outside and out of order."
