Only two issues one was the TV. Washed out and tough on the eyes. No fan in bathroom. Clean room, hallways and walk ways. Floors in lobby and restaurant always clean. This is a wonderful hotel to stay in and the location is perfect if you need to be near UT campus. They have a shuttle that will take you anywhere within a 10 mile radius. That helps if you don’t want to deal with traffic. Everyone there is so kind and welcoming. The only downside is the noise of the traffic. It is located on a main road. Besides that, we loved our stay.
