"Staff throughout the stay and property were very nice friendly and helpful. Parking onsite....always a bonus. Breakfast was OK maybe more selection for the continental. Room was pleasant. Only real downside was the noise in the room. We stayed two nights and both mornings were awoken 4am and 6am by a droning sound in the room from above. We did advise a staff member after 1st night but it was still there on 2nd night. Could have been from air conditioning on roof maybe whatever it was it...

"L.ovely home. Mary made our check-in smoother. She helped"

"Excellent hotel, 10-15 walk to airport and NEC. Excellent breakfast great choices friendly staff"

"Very welcoming and helpful staff, great with our children too. Our room was great, however the bathroom felt a bit tired. There was a weird musty smell in our toom when wr got there, but once we opened the window and let it all air out it was fine. Breakfast was regularly topped up, offering plenty of variety."

"Top rooms - massive"

"Centrally located with wonderful and helpful staff. Room good size but would not refer to the bed linen (sheet worn in places) or the toiletries as luxury as stated in the upgrade hence the lower rating! But good pleasant stay would stay again! I did not have food there so no comments regarding that."

"good view good place and good service mind"

"Comfortable "

"I want to give a huge shout out to the Front Desk staff member - Ali. We had some issues with our check in and it was just me and my 2 small Kids travelling. It was 2am after a long delayed flight. He understood the situation and quickly got us a room. He was the best. This man needs a raise or promotion or whatever."

"Super hotel. Amazing value for money, great team."

"Overall, the hotel is really nice and quite charming. The only thing that I would see was the parking . We had to use the overflow parking which was in a very dark area away from the hotel so it was dark. I did not feel comfortable walking back up to the hotel late at night. also we did upgrade our room to include a bath, but there was no water for the bath, so I was really disappointed in this because it was a lovely feature in the room. When I did say to the hotel receptionist, they said OK...

"The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. It was rock hard and the duvet and bedsheet felt like very poor quality and the duvet cover felt like an after thought rather than being properly fitted. This all made it very difficult to fall asleep on top of the constant surrounding traffic and airport noise."
