"Room has air con but it does not warm enough. We got a separate heater otherwise could not sleep for sure.Water pressure of shower is quite slow, no amendities provided in room such as cotton buds, shower cabs, sanitary bags. Good points are big room for family with 2 big sofa beds."

"Being less than 10 mins walk from the train station, Martha’s b&b was perfect for what I needed. The house is set in a quiet road, near to eating places and less than 15 mins walk to the shops. The bed was very comfy, breakfast plentiful, and parking easy. Martha herself is kind, understanding and generous - allowing me to keep my suitcase in the house for the day whilst I explored nearby Warwick. Would definitely stay here again if I found myself back in Leamington Spa. Top tip: if you go...

"We stayed in an absolutely beautiful junior suite, with an exquisite bathroom, shower and toiletries. Staff were welcoming and courteous. We had drinks in the smart but still cosy and comfortable Bubble Bar and breakfast the following morning was served in the lovely restaurant and was delicious. As expected, an excellent hotel."

"We only stayed there for a night after seeing a play and I have to say it has exceeded our expectation greatly. The room is spacious. The bed is comfortable. And while it situated only a stone throw from Shakespeare's birthplace, it is very quiet. The in-the-room breakfast for a small fee is a very nice touch and we will definitely stay there again if we're in town. "

"Sarah on front desk was amazing - super helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble! Room was spacious - beds a little squeaky and walls thin (could hear full convos next door) but wasn’t for long. Little issue with TV not turning off with remote so used wall plug. Bathroom towels were fabulous - amazing size! Loved them. Spa and facilities were a lovely addition. "
