Good value for money clean and comfortable, can hear other people in the surrounding rooms / bathroom usage but it did not disturb me too much as i was away early. Would stay again if working in the area. Reception staff were helpful and friendly
Great locations and easy access to Birmingham and beyond.

Everything was fantastic but as a base for staying overnight whilst working then I must say the WIFI was terrible. It was very very slow. Food was very good, especially the mixed grill.

Staff were lovely, room was nice, all clean. Nothing to complain about, hotel could do with a lick of paint and food was pleasant and well priced but a bit over seasoned and average. Would come back and would recommend for value
Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was very comfortable. Food was good, although the steak was overcooked. However, I would still stay again.
Fabulous place to stay, friendly staff, clean and spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Big bar area serving reasonably priced drinks. Would definitely stay here again if we return to another event at the NEC.
Everything was spot on. Lovely lady greeted us and also looked after us at breakfast the next day. Breakfast was good. We ate at the restaurant on the evening and the staff were lovely there too, so was the food.
My only grumble is we did ring and ask to be near the lift as we struggle to use stairs
They said there was no lift which we took to mean it was all ground floor. It's not.
Still that was just a mix up with communication. We would stay there again.
The stairs were not too bad and it's worth a little struggle to stay in a cozy hotel
Great hotel. Clean, great room and great location and the breakfast was very good.

Perfect location. Very helpful staff. Beer a bit pricey but it’s a hotel so it’s expected.

Lots of character, especially if you aren't from the UK. Charming decor. Good pub food.
The downside is that it's not very convenient. The building is old and to get to the rooms there are a lot of stairs up and down with turns along narrow corridors. It adds to the charm, but it's not easy with bags. The service was ok, but not great.
Stayed for a couple of days while visiting the NEC. Top service from very friendly staff. Clean room and great food. Would definitely recommend and stay there again
Staff most accommodating, no lift, but they were able to change our room to the ground floor. Lovely decor, spotless. Good bar menu and breakfast. Parking easy. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.
The Greswold is absolutely beautifully renovated. The rooms a very large, full size bath, the staff is incredibly nice. The restaurant downstairs is lovely! Easy walking to all shops & pubs
