"For a 18 nights stay, 3rd stay this year, 30 nights in total I would have appreciated some special attention maybe ??"

"THER IS NOT"

"Convenient to go around"

"Very well laid out rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"Excellent"

"Impeccable service"

"Tap is broken but it dont be fixed along 3 days."

"Beautiful hotel, comfortable & clean rooms and excellent lounge service, with smooth check-in and check-out. Service and child friendly areas lacking, and small details like reception not picking up the phone, unresponsive room service, niece being given food with allergen when stated clearly before. For a hotel of this standard and price, much greater care is needed, particularly with food allergies."

"Excellent room condition, amenities and service. Would stay again. The only drawback I could think of was the noise from the outside on a weekend night. We stayed on 2nd floor facing the Grovesnor Square and it was a bit noisy on Saturday night from drunk people occasionally shouting/laughing and music from the cafe on the 1st floor until pretty late at night. Otherwise a very pleasant experience. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family."

"The receptionist name "Aylin" very very kind and helpful. She is a first impression for the first day of my UK trips. The room is very clean , good bathtub , big ben view in my room so good (Room type : Suite with bigben view). If you need anyhelp or anything i phone called and all of the staff help a lot. I recommend you to stay here. Hope to meet them again!"

"Malheureusement, le service n’est pas à la hauteur d’un cinq étoiles. J’ai demandé une belle terrasse, j’ai eu la pire terrasse de l’hôtel avec la vue sur les bâtiments du personnel. Les fleurs que j’avais commandées pour féliciter ma fille pour son année à Londres, n’étaient pas là. Le personnel n’est pas très à la hauteur malheureusement. Est-ce que je reviendrai dans cet hôtel durant l’année ? Non"

"Very friendly staff. Secure location. Great service. The room was clean and fresh."
