"Fantastically maintained property.
Great local access to train station, food and shops.
Previous reviews noted noise complaints but we didn’t have any issues.
Great place to stay with a family of 5!!"
"Hotel in the heart of Shibuya. Easy access to dining, shopping, and the train station. The staff was very courteous. Each morning, breakfast had a great selection of items on the all you can eat bar. The bathroom was very nice! Great shower pressure and hot water. The lid of the bidet toilet opened automatically every time i walked in the restroom. The room was not extremely big, but it for Japan I think it was a pretty good size. Bed was very firm. Linens all white. "
"Super clean and convenient to all the Shibuya attractions. 5 min walk from Shibuya station making all of Tokyo accessible and a very friendly staff 10/10 would recommend. While the rooms are not large, they are adequate for the organized traveler. "
"The associates Miyaco and Naoki were excellent, they help us a lot, they wrote messages and instructions for the taxi drivers in their language, Japanese, they gave us information about places to visit, they wrote introductions in English and Japanese to ride the subway and hoe to exit the train stations, wlich are huge and confusing to exit, it was a great service, they are great"
"Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel isn’t just luxurious by material standards — it truly cares about guest experience. The suite upgrade, the service, the amenities, the lounge privileges, and the beautiful balance of Japanese aesthetics with contemporary comfort all contributed to a stay where you feel not just accommodated, but genuinely pampered.
If I were recommending a hotel in Tokyo to someone looking for a 5-star experience, this one is high on the list. Thank you to all the staff for making...
"Lots of things and places to do around and near hotel. Very close to the train station and only 1 stop away from Shinjuku. We like our hotel space. It’s spacious compare to standard Japanese hotels or apartments. "
"To wait till last minute just to release the address is simply not mindful of the requirements of international travelers. Adresses are required for Japan entry purposes. I don’t see any reason to withhold that till last minute. Check in procedures are not required in advance but the actual address to help with logistics and planning and for Japan visitor entry. "
"We travelled as a family of 4 so their room set up was perfect for us. There was even a little kitchen area. Location of hotel was perfect for us because we had wanted to shop and eat around the Shibuya area anyway. Also lots of yummy looking local restaurants in the streets behind the hotel - worth exploring!"
"The staff are super helpful. The location is close to Shibuya crossing and everything you need as a tourist but quiet enough to relax after long walks. It’s an excellent place to stay."
"Conveniently located in Shibuya on a shopping and eating/drinking side of the area. A bit outside of the busy streets yet closed enough to reach anywhere with ease. Expecting old Japanese business hotel style and you will get it. No fancy stuff here but all essentials well provided. "
